There will be a combination Taekwondo Canada national referee certification seminar and SASK WT provincial referee seminar held on Friday April 25, 2025. The course is scheduled in Yorkton at the Gallagher Centre in the Ravine Room on the main floor. You generally need endorsement of your Provincial Referee Team to upgrade from Provincial to National level. That will be your responsibility to confirm.
The seminar will be conducted by Master Jocelyn Carrière, the Taekwondo Canada Referee Chair, and assisted by Master Susanne Mitchell, National Referee committee member and SASK WT Referee Chair.

The latest rules, including the best of three round rules will significantly change the winning strategy of athletes and coaches. It is highly recommended that coaches also attend to be apprised of the effect of the new rules on the game.
