There will be a referee seminar held that will update with the latest WT rules that came are now in effect for 2023. The course is scheduled for Friday April 21st in Yorkton at the Gallagher Centre in the Ravine Room on the main floor. The referee course will be an official Sask WT Taekwondo Association seminar.

The new rules, including the best of three round rules will significantly change the winning strategy of athletes and coaches. It is highly recommended that coaches also attend to be apprised of the affect of the new rules on the game.
The seminar will be conducted by Master Susanne Mitchell, a high level accomplished international referee whose recent accomplishments include:
- PATU Referee Committee member
- 2022 PATU female referee of the year
- 2022 Queen’s Platinum Jubilee medal recipient
